By downloading, accessing, or using MySportSync ("the App", "we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
MySportSync is a sports calendar application that allows users to follow their favourite teams across multiple leagues and sync game schedules to their personal calendars. The App provides game schedules, broadcaster information for Australian viewers, and calendar sync capabilities.
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
MySportSync offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:
Payment will be charged to your payment method at confirmation of in-app purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings in the App.
We may offer free trial periods from time to time. If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically renew at the applicable subscription price unless you cancel before the trial ends.

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by MySportSync and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Team logos and league trademarks belong to their respective owners.
The App integrates with third-party services including Google Calendar and Apple Calendar. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date game schedules and broadcaster information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any sports data. Game times, dates, and broadcaster assignments may change without notice. MySportSync is not responsible for any losses resulting from reliance on schedule data.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MySportSync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland, Australia.
